2022 Commodity Classic Returns to The Big Easy
NEW ORLEANS, LA – Commodity Classic returns to an in-person event this year and kicks off this week in the Big Easy for America’s largest farmer-led, farmer-focused agricultural and educational experience.
Established in 1996, Commodity Classic is presented annually by the American Soybean Association (ASA), National Corn Growers Association (NCGA), National Association of Wheat Growers (NAWG), National Sorghum Producers (NSP), and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM).
Coming up Thursday morning, veteran market watcher Al Kluis will review the marketing plan that he presented at last year’s Commodity Classic and will provide his fundamental chart outlook for 2022. Kluis will also provide his specific price and time plan for marketing your corn and soybeans.
On Friday morning, the General Session will feature leaders from each of the commodity groups and a return to the Classic stage for Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, who has spoken in person to the group seven times before.
Listen on Friday for All Ag News’ live coverage of the General Session presented by Golden Harvest, National Sorghum Producers, Texas Corn Producers Association, and the United Sorghum Checkoff Program.
